Hey there! My name is Victoria ‘‘Tori T’’ Virgilio, and I’m an online fitness coach with an insatiable desire to help you achieve the highest version of yourself. Regardless of your goals, my ultimate mission as a coach is to give you all the tools you need to lead a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. Let’s take the journey together!

I have an extensive background in fitness and began my coaching career at 23 years old. I developed a passion for coaching with my first coaching job as a [solidcore] instructor. Immediately I knew that working with others was the path for me. For the last four years I have been fortunate enough to work as a SoulCycle instructor where I’ve crossed paths with a very special community which only fueled my passion for fitness even more. While working as an instructor I fell in love with bodybuilding and developed a deep love for weight training. I decided to launch my own personal training business to help others achieve their goals through sustainable lifestyle choices.  

If we’re keeping it real, I have struggled immensely with body image throughout my adolescence and into my early adult life. It wasn’t until college that I decided to get healthy, for ME. I didn’t know what I was doing but I took the initiative to start somewhere- that somewhere for me was SoulCycle. Throughout the years my goals evolved. I began dabbling into different training styles and experimenting with different areas of fitness which ultimately led me to weight training. In all honesty the weight room in the gym always intimidated me. I was afraid that I would be judged for not knowing what I was doing, afraid of being looked at weird, afraid of being the “noobie,” but we all start somewhere. My ultimate goal is to make the gym accessible and non intimidating to my clients. I strive to give you all the tools you need to feel confident in executing a successful training regime.

Hello! I'm Michael Virgilio, your go-to online fitness coach on a mission to help you unlock your full potential.

My own fitness journey has been a rollercoaster of highs, lows, and everything in between. With 16 years of weight training experience, I've tried every fitness fad out there. My personal success in losing 100 pounds has ignited my passion to help you achieve the best version of yourself. Beyond my own personal experience, I spend my free time delving into published clinical data, and applying the latest findings to my clients (and my own) fitness routines. I believe there’s always something to be learned.

Fitness is a marathon, not a sprint. In the quest for rapid solutions or shortcuts, it's crucial to recognize that there isn't a magic fix. Achieving your goals requires dedicated hard work and unwavering commitment. It revolves around cultivating habits, nurturing a positive mindset, and embracing the highs and lows of the journey.
